Changing an existing reservation

If you wish to change a reservation that has already been confirmed, please notify us using the form below.

Please note the following:

  1. You must provide your reservation number in order for us to accurately identify your reservation and process the change request. If you have lost your reservation number, please specify detailed information about your reservation [date and time reservation was made, hotel (including city), dates reserved; your name, telephone number and E-mail address] to help us to identify your reservation.
  2. After your change request has been processed (typically 24 hours and subject to the fees, penalties and conditions in the cancellation section of our "Conditions of Reservation"), you will be sent an e-mail confirming the reservation change. Please keep this E-mail as it will be your proof of reservation change. Your reservation has not been changed until your receive this confirmation.
