There are multiple resources available in web-based, electronic, and print format.  While everyone's needs will be different, some that we've noted (and/or used) are:

Web-based:

  2. Polish Wiktionary site
  3. Etaco On-line Dictionary
  4. Poltran.com (based on Etaco dictionary)
  5. Polish-Dictionary.com
  6. English-Polish computing dictionary
  7. Leksyka.pl
  8. A Learner's Polish-English Dictionary from Pitt University

Electronic:

  1. PWN-Oxford Dictionary (Publisher: pwn.pl sp. z  o.o.).  An electronic version of one of the two big names in Polish language print dictionaries.

Print:

  1. Detailed review of two of the most comprehensive print dictionaries; The New English-Polish and Polish-English Kosciuszko Foundation Dictionary, and the PWN Oxford Dictionary (Wielki Słownik Angielsko-Polski PWN-Oxford (English-Polish Dictionary)
