What is an "Executive Suite"?

While the configuration varies from hotel to hotel, an executive suite usually consists of two distinct areas (usually seperate rooms) - a bedroom and a living room/ante-room with desk. In addition, executive suites commonly provide ammenities such as two-line phones and modem ports.
