Reservations
How do I change a reservation?
1. Use our online form to submit a reservation change request. This is the preferred method for changing reservations.
2. Contact one of our call centers. Go to our contact page to find the telephone numbers. Please note that we maintain call centers in both the U.S. and Poland. If calling the call center in Poland, be sure to give the pass-phrase "Polandstay" to identify yourself as a Polandstay.com client.
Whether using our online form or the call center, always be sure to provide your reservation number and current contact information so that we can quickly identify your reservation and, if necessary, get back to you.
