Reservations
ID #1034
I am not able to enter my arrival or departure dates. When I click on the calendar icon on the reservation form nothing happens.
In order to insure correctly formatted dates are passed to the reservation system, we require arrival and departure dates to be entered via a pop-up calendar which is accessed via clicking on the calendar icon on the reservation panel. Some users get no response when clicking on this icon due to "Pop-up blocking" associated with Internet security products (e.g. Pop-up blocking in Symantec products such as Norton Antispam). If you are running a pop-up blocker, try temporarily disabling it, reload the site, and try again. In most cases this cures the problem. Instructions for turning off Norton Antispam Pop-up blocker If not, please contact us and we'll try to resolve the problem for you.At a minimum, we'll need to know the Operating system and version that you use (e.g. Microsoft Windows XP, Service Pack 2), the browser type and version that you use (e.g. Microsoft Internet Explorer version 6.0) and if you have any Firewall/Internet Security/Antivirus/Antispam products running (and which ones).
