Not all room types are listed for the hotel that I am interested in (e.g. "I want a deluxe suite, but only standard rooms are listed. Why is this?")

We negotiate with hotels to provide you with impressive discounts on room rates in order to make your stay as economical as possible. As a general rule, we do not provide listings for rooms which are offered at the standard room rate or at a minimal discount - and any given hotel may not be willing to heavily discount all room types (e.g. choosing to maintain premium prices for premium room types).

If you have a strong preference for a particular hotel but want a different class of room than noted as being available (or there are no discounted rooms at all listed as available for the time period of interest) please contact us directly. Through our established relationships with the hotels that we represent, we are often able to fulfill your request - and frequently still at a significant savings (although you may need to consider a rate that is not nescessarily as heavily discounted as the bargains that we available online). Our reservation agents are always happy to work with you to get exceptional deals on these types of "custom requests".
